Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Christian G Flair LLC, doing business as "Handled" ("we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit handled.build, contact us, or purchase our services. We keep this policy short, plain, and honest.
1. Information We Collect
We collect three categories of information:
| Category | Examples | How |
|---|---|---|
| Identity & contact | Name, email, phone, business name | You give it to us via forms, checkout, or email |
| Payment | Card last 4, billing address, transaction ID | Collected and stored by Stripe — we never see full card numbers |
| Usage & device | IP, browser, pages viewed, referrer | Cookies and analytics scripts (see section 4) |
If you engage us for an automation build, we may also receive operational data necessary to deliver the work — for example, customer lists, call recordings, CRM exports — under the confidentiality terms in our Terms of Service.
2. How We Use It
- To deliver the services you purchased and respond to your messages.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To improve our website and offers (aggregate analytics only).
- To send transactional emails (receipts, project updates) and — if you opted in — marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
- To comply with our legal obligations (tax, accounting, subpoena response).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers for their own marketing.
3. Who We Share It With
We share data only with vendors needed to run the business, each bound by their own privacy commitments:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google (Workspace, Analytics, Tag Manager) — email, analytics
- Meta (Pixel) — ad attribution and remarketing
- Vercel — website hosting
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Vapi, ElevenLabs — when AI models process content for your engagement
- Twilio — SMS and voice when applicable
- Resend or similar — transactional email delivery
- Calendly — scheduling
- Legal, accounting, and insurance professionals — when required
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business.
4. Cookies & Tracking
handled.build uses cookies and similar technologies for:
- Essential — login sessions on private dashboards (signed cookies). Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage.
- Advertising — Meta Pixel for ad attribution and audience building.
You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings or via opt-out tools (e.g., Google Analytics opt-out, Meta ad preferences). Disabling them will not break the site.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations:
- Customer records and tax/payment records: 7 years (IRS guidance).
- Marketing email lists: until you unsubscribe.
- Operational engagement data (your customer lists, call recordings, etc.): for the duration of the engagement plus 90 days, then deleted on request or in our normal cleanup cycle.
- Analytics data: per Google Analytics defaults (currently 14 months).
6. Your Rights
Wherever you live, you may email hello@handled.build to:
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Opt out of marketing emails.
- Withdraw consent for non-essential cookies.
If you are a California, Colorado, Virginia, or other U.S. state-privacy-law resident, you have the rights granted by your state's law (including the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — note that we do neither). If you are in the EEA or UK, you have GDPR rights including portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption, signed authentication cookies, hardened HTTP security headers, and access controls. No internet system is perfectly secure — if you suspect an issue with your account, email us immediately.
8. Children
Handled is for businesses. The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International Visitors
We are based in the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. under U.S. law.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated by email where reasonably possible.
